19卡的炒蘑菇


好鍾意蘑菇,除咗因為佢低卡又飽肚外,仲覺得佢好靚。有幾低卡,食一碗先係19卡,簡直抵到爛!好多戰友見我同阿菇咁熟,都好鍾意問我點煮,我習慣用我把玩具刀將佢切成薄片,跟住燒紅個鑊,放入1/2茶匙油,再加蒜蓉,爆香後就加阿菇落去炒,一邊炒再洒上少許鹽巴,嘩!好香,不用加水,因為蘑菇有豐富水份,一邊炒佢會出水,約5分鐘,等佢縮水就OK哂!如果你有時覺得食菜好悶,不妨試下佢啦! 另外,硒質好豐富,抗氧化架! 靚仔靚女必食!

蘑菇 is my favourite. I like it raw or cooked. Usually I take a lot of mushrooms in my salad while having buffet. It also goes well with your special udon diet (because I can eat a lot). Mushrooms are cheaper, fresher and bigger in Canada so I eat a lot when I visit my sister who lives there.

Cythina, 是否有皮膚敏感就不能食磨菇的?

will you wash the mushroom before cook or eas?
I usually wash it, but I read from some recipe those cook said should not wash it, wash will damage mushroom's favour and create more water in cooking.
what's your comment on this?
