上星期收到一張幾得意嘅相,所以想同大家分享下。
夏日炎炎,相信大家會諗起不如嘆杯透心涼的雪糕啦!但係...好肥啫,半杯哈根大師雪糕(我最鍾意的士多啤梨味)都有成250卡,當中有3茶匙油同4.5茶匙糖,都唔可以成日食啦!我最多都係1個月食1次。
但係有D戰友就即刻諗起佢嘅遠房親戚,雪芭 (Sorbet),佢話自己係減咗肥嘅雪糕,咁又係唔係ok呢?其實雪芭同雪糕的分別,在於當中嘅奶類成份,所以同等份量計算,熱量的確較低,但問題係,佢咪又係高糖,半杯有120卡,但糖份比雪糕更多,有約5.5茶匙,所以千奇唔好見到脫脂就開心定先,隨時肥咗都唔知咩事就唔底啦!
