我記得架!我記得我在面子簿講過,會將之前果個超軟麵包嘅食譜同大家分享,所以,決定今晚兌現咗佢。
上面張相,就係今晚的材料。
250克高筋麵粉,我試過,這隻牌子不錯的。
跟住,當然係包麵粉左手邊杯水,有180毫升,
個三兄弟小碟裡面,係左面的18克牛油、15克糖及4克鹽。
做麵包不能少的當然還有3克的酵母。
跟住就當然要將材料都放進麵包機中。
我就叫咗佢,明天9時正做好麵包叫我起身。
因為,這部機是有時間掣。
其實,而家好多朋友都鍾意自己做麵包,但我發現有一個問題,就係這些自家製的麵包,密度都會較高,換言之,就算方包的大小跟坊間的大小相約,但由於密度較高,熱量會隨之而上升,所以,最好根據食譜計算下每塊麵包包含多少碳水化合物才吃,先唔會愈食愈肥。
我就計咗以上食譜每塊麵包有113Kcal,想知點計,明天再教大家。因為,我要瞓喇!
