睇完今日個專欄，你估我最想講咩俾大家知吖！ 唔係點揀水餃，更加唔係10隻水餃＝1個巨無霸，係大家唔好再因為慳，用雞油炒菜喇！雞油飽和脂肪高，會令膽固醇增加的，真係攪到膽固醇高要食藥，仲貴呀～ 好啦！今日話過，俾個健康餃子食譜大家，不過，如果你係我忠實讀者，你今個星期六日都應該係屋企做過。個專欄是逢星期五放在am730的，教大家做的，都是針對要減磅又愛煮食嘅朋友。每次都會講少少貼士啦！當然有卡路里俾大家參考。 香菇菜肉煎餃子（ 2 人份量 =518Kcal ) 只要將更多的蔬菜如旺菜、冬菇、木耳等都加進餃子 , 將肉類的份量減少，餃子絶對能登大雅之堂，成為健康瘦身主角。可是我說的餃子，絶非坊間買回來的，因為若你不多加注意，市場上充斥著肥豬肉餃子呢！若以這個自家製餃子作為正餐，那麼，大約 5 片餃子片就如同 1/3 碗飯了，著依這份量製作，每餐可吃 10-15 隻呢！但當然，多吃碟菜會更佳。 材料： 旺菜         1/2 個 瘦肉         80 克 冬菇        4 隻 餃子皮     20 片 麻油         1 茶匙 煮食油 .    1 茶匙 熱水         1 碗 瘦肉醃料： 豉油        1 茶匙 胡椒粉     1/3 茶匙 做法： 1.     旺菜洗淨，瀝乾，切碎。 2.     冬菇用冷水浸軟，去蒂，瀝乾，切小粒。 3. 瘦肉洗淨，瀝乾，剁碎，用瘦肉醃料醃好，加 2 湯匙水，拌勻。 4. 燒熱鑊，下油，將...
