都算好麥


唔知大家仲記唔記得,好耐以前我曾經提過,要揀全麥包,千奇唔好只睇外表,見倒佢好黑好啡,就係好高纖,但其實尼D顏色,有機會是焦糖造成的掩眼法,所以都唔好只睇外表!

咁點算?當溫下書啦! 仲記唔記得呢?

要反轉後面,睇下個成份啦! 如果是較高纖維的全麥包,主要成份應該係全麥粉,那些小麥粉、麥粉等,不代表是全麥呢! 很久前,東海堂有一種全麥包的全麥是排首位的,但是現在已沒有出售了,另一種比較高纖的好選擇,就可以試下佢,大部份超市都有售,但經常缺貨呢!下次去開超市就睇下啦!

I think "100% whole wheat bread" is better than "original wholemeal".
I saw these two kinds of bread in supermarket last weekend. The first ingridient of "original wholemeal" is 小麥粉 but not 全麥粉
好叻呀!學倒嘢!若果我的老人痴呆沒發作的話,我記得original wholemeal 的首位是麥粉,因此我介紹那包纖維會較高。

i bought the bread but i found it very salty, read from the label, sodium is quite high, will it be not very good?

相信是baking powder的問題,材料中包括鈉質,由於我手中無包,可否幫手看一看每一片有多少鈉呢?

不用太擔心,一片才是120毫克的鈉質,只佔每天所需的5%!放心啦!
