烏冬篇

哩碗就係我最愛嘅稻庭烏冬,有時都唔駛餐餐食飯嘅!

我個人都幾奇怪,對D食物嘅製作過程都幾好奇,唔知係咪職業病呢!成日都好想知D嘢點做出尼。日本就特別多這種活動,很多食物製造廠也有所謂的見學,即係參觀活動,我覺得幾有趣吖!上次去年日本就參觀咗醬油製造,上上次又去咗拉麵的見學,好特別架!

今日行行下街,去到一間烏冬店,見到D廚師做烏冬,都吸引我睇咗一陣,好多朋友都知我好鍾意食烏冬,但係讚岐同稻庭,我就較愛後者,烏冬作為減磅食材都唔錯架,有時我覺得食得太肥膩嘅時候,我都會煮1個小烏冬+冬菇金菇同娃娃菜+3粒魚蛋/黑椒牛丸,咁就又飽又滿足啦!不過最重要就係加1隻指天椒,嘩!正哂!

這個製麵機我讀書年代都玩過...好過癮架...

Is this Udon shop located near Chung King Mansion, basement? Someone told me that Korean kimchi is also good for keeping fit. What is your advice on adding kimchi to the udon soup? Hmm.. so yummy!

我都問過Cynthia減磅期間食唔食得Kimchi(泡菜),佢話最好唔好,因為多鈉(salt),易令戰友們水腫.
