Hi Cynthia, I 'd joined a weight management programme 3 years ago and & lost almost 30lbs.Then, I started my part-time BA programme so I was not working out as much as I do (cardio exercise and weight training 3-4 times a week). Now I gained back 12lbs. So now my study is nearly to the end, I want to take care of my body again. I am just thinking it would be harder than last time. So frustrating.
