
有時去街市買嘢,一定要抱住一種心態--忍忍忍...
話說兩日前,行經旺角,諗住買D水果,一行去個生果檔,見到一堆堆紅噹噹,明顯有勁多原花青素嘅車厘子向我招手,跟住檔主就話:『收工平賣,50蚊3磅!』當時我心諗,3磅?點食呀?其實我原先諗住買1磅,但係又唔好意思淨係買1磅,於是我又問:『咁兩磅幾錢?』檔主提議:『兩磅就40蚊,買三磅啦!抵D,俾多10蚊有多成磅!慳得1蚊得1蚊啦!』唉!好似好吸引咁...點算...唔得,1粒車厘子成5Kcal,食20粒已經係1日嘅quota,買3磅返屋企,隨時肥咗都唔知咩事。
最後忍忍忍...買咗兩磅,應該要食3日,好彩,車厘車係my favorite!

我今日晚餐食了差不多一斤枝豆呀???怕不怕???曾經聽你講過枝豆脂肪少熱量低,所以我今日吃了很多(因我太鍾意食啦)~
