臨近節日,我經常被戰友問及同類問題,情人節就問朱古力食唔食得啦! 端午節就問粽食唔食得,其實大家都好清楚我嘅答案係咩,但係總想睇下有無意外收穫,所以我就打算俾D surprise 大家囉!
1個正常嘅雙黃白蓮蓉月餅,約有870卡,當中的糖份達13茶匙而脂肪就有9茶匙咁多,又甜又肥,如果今年中秋又正減緊磅嘅朋友,都係食1/8個應下節算喇!
我知道大家一定會問:『咁冰皮呢?會唔會好D!』都好D嘅,少少啦! 1個約190克的冰皮月餅,大約有550卡,有7茶匙油同8茶匙糖架,要食就1/4個啦!
吓!一年得一個中秋節喎!食咁少咋!
唉!紫哥話:『人生有好多個中秋節,只係今年中秋因為減緊肥,食少D啫,以後仲可以食嘛!』

I'm wondering if you can recommend any good margarine in Hong Kong? I live in Canada and most margarine here are "non-hydrogenated" or contains no trans fat, which is good for the heart. However, my parents (who live in Hong Kong) are complaining that they cannot find any non-hydrogenated margarine there. I advice them not to use butter because of the saturated fat levels. So it would be helpful if you can let me know of any good margarine out there in Hong Kong so I can inform my parents. Thank you so much!
