唉...所以大家唯有記住1kcal = 4.2 kj，即是你下次見倒kj的時候，就要計一計，如上圖349/4.2是什麼了，所以以上圖的茄汁豆為例，100克應有83kcal，明白啦!
但係老老實實喇！就算政府俾生產商用兩種唔同的方法表示能量，『如果我是生產商!』，我都唔會咁傻用個大D嘅數字嚇D消費者架，你睇下下面兩個吞拿魚嘅標籤就會明。
上面那個，100克有100kcal，下面的，100克有466kj，消費者瞬間望過去，就會買上面個牌子囉! 見倒466喎，仲唔掉頭走咩!
