星期日,同靚媽嘅中學同學食飯,我哋果晚打邊爐,由於我減緊肥,所以我一早就食個烏冬打底先,等個胃飽飽哋,無咁易食多嘢!
跟住我又食上海麵啦!魚蛋啦、豆腐、雞肉、雞肶菇、仲有菜咁,其實由頭到尾都食唔停!坐我隔離個AUNTIE一邊望住我食,就問我:「你都幾食得喎,平日點Keep Fit 架!食咁多都可以瘦?」其實我次次同陌生人食飯佢哋都覺得我食好多嘢!攪到我鬼咁尷尬~
其實而家好多人都仲覺得奇怪,點解這個星期見我減肥,都好似有好多嘢食咁!其實呢?減肥主要要減嘅,邊係份量吖!你一定試過食得少去瘦,但係頂多維持到一個Week,跟住又食返咪肥,要減嘅永遠都係油同脂肪同埋肥膏,當然仲有糖啦!點樣減,我成日都講架,一個公仔麵係400幾卡,一個米粉大約200,但大家份量同飽肚感差唔多,就可以省回200卡,這就是減油不減份量了。
但當然要有自己啱份量嘅餐單啦!好似我咁,我就有差唔多1600卡的份量,以上4個就係我前日的飲食日記喇!不過鏡頭後仲有菜同生果未有得入鏡!
知唔知我食咗咩!早餐係煙三文魚比高包,午餐係燒雞長法包,下午茶就飲咗80卡的牛奶咖啡,晚餐就去咗食越南嘢!你哋都見啦,我好少係屋企食飯,(雖然我超想)出街食都比以前多咗食物選擇,但當然要學吓點揀啦!
好啦見我2011年都有新體重目標,我就多D放自己個減肥日誌俾大家參考吓,最少可以識得選擇啦!但份量的話就千奇唔好學足,因為人人唔同,你食這個份量隨時會肥架,但一句講哂,五穀一定要,如果唔係一定餓死你!
