除咗好食,仲要低卡

除咗好食,仲要低卡,這八個字,剛好用來形容這個簡便午餐!

我終於有時間試了,好...教大家點先將佢做成5星級餐廳嘅水準先。
首先,將佢D螺絲粉放入一個微波爐碗裡面,跟住到入湯包,他的湯包有洋蔥、番茄、大蒜,所以好香,跟住叮佢2分鐘先,跟住拿出來再伴勻,將原先沒有被汁醬浸住的放入低部,這樣螺絲粉才會夠腍。再叮多1分鐘,你應該從遠處都聞倒佢嘅香味,我剛才叮嘅時候,等待見營養師的戰友到好似流緊口水咁望住我,唔駛流口水架,戰友都食得。


個賣相都OK架~



講下個換算先,上次我眼大大睇錯咗,個換算是2份五穀+1份脂肪,所以蛋白質是不足的,所以可以加隻蛋啦,最簡單係加水浸吞拿魚,佢原先個湯包有少少少辣,但我食嘅時候就加咗辣椒仔同黑胡椒,簡直你極品。


如果有多士焗爐的話,仲可以加一片低脂芝士,咁就真係五星級酒店水準囉~死火,愈加愈多,咁就低卡變高卡了。


個人認為,這個粉除了低卡好食仲好靚仔,因為日本人的包裝,仲有個螺絲粉好細粒好得意架!除時放一包喺公司咪唔駛挨肚餓囉! 等我都去入貨先唔好同我爭呀:)

之前睇雜誌見到一款有機蒜香味蕃茄杯麵, 標明無防腐劑, 無味精, 無人造色素, 無油, 麵條不經油炸, 想買一盒俾你哋望望ok唔ok, 點知去到見個太太掃晒成個貨架嗰8盒...殘念ing!!! 但留咗電話, 再番貨會通知我!!
btw...我都係戰友, 但成績比我預期中差, 好失望!! 我跟足營養師嘅指引(除咗有一日同朋友去咗食麻辣火煱, 因約咗好耐兼有朋友由英國返香港, 佢勁鍾意食辣)
每日又有做15-20mins踏步, 但差唔多一個月喇, 都係輕得少少, 食完雞脾餐輕咗2磅, 但過咗2日又重番2磅, 好灰心!!
其實每一個戰友頭一個月都是有很多不尋常的起起跌跌,主要都是因為首個月減去的都是水份吧!營養師給你雞脾餐的原因,大慨是因為吃過麻辣火鍋鈉質過高而讓你去水吧!但那些磅數都不是持久的,信我吧!將運動時間及強度增加,待減去的是肥膏後,體重就回落得更好,加油啦!就算想吃火鍋,還是不吃麻辣的好:)
