蝴碟飽

以上這個蝴蝶包,係我近這個月發現的新產品。知唔知點解我會帶佢返屋企呢?因為...佢個樣靚仔,無辦法啦!都市人平時生活咁忙,都要搵東西令自己開心下!不過另一個原因,當然係因為佢低脂啦!大家應該記得,一個月前我同大家講過,有D好似好「清淡」嘅方包,會有高脂危機啦!而這個呢?1盒,有6個Pretzel,每一個的熱量大約是160Kcal,咁就大約2份五穀啦!而一個又只得1克脂肪,所以,這個算是清淡的麵包了。

有時,我見到戰友嘅早餐都好悶,日日都係白麵包,得閒轉吓啦~例如:
早餐A:粟米片/GO LEAN加奶
早餐B:火腿粟米粒通粉
早餐C:芝麻醬吞拿魚多士
早餐D:蝴蝶包配低脂低糖乳酪
早餐E:三絲炒米粉
早餐F:星期六,休息日﹣做個香蕉蛋糕或者煎熱香餅
早餐G:星期日,BIG BREAKFAST/BRUNCH
茄汁豆+炒蘑菇+多士+火腿/燒牛肉

這個早餐配搭,希望幫到大家。

I never watch what I eat until now I'm a mom of two school-age kids, I do want them to have a good start in the morning. Our schooldays breakfast menus include:
- hot steel cut oatmeal w/ flaxseed meal & drizzled w/ raw honey
- multigrain toast drizzled w/ raw honey
- "made from scratch" blueberries pancake w/ flaxseed meal
- 1/2 avocado sprinkled w/ course salt & lime juice
- bran flax or plain multigrain cheerios

One of the above plus the following to complete one breakfast:
- 1/2 hard boiled egg
- low fat milk
- 1 serving of fruit
I hope this is a dietician-approved menu but certainly moms-approved :). Keep rotating these every weekdays I do feel like I'm running out of ideas!
